3) Carry out our exclusive 31 point pre-delivery service on your bicycle to ensure it is in tip top running order.

4) Offer a lifetime frame warranty on all bicycles we sell, unless we specifically advise you otherwise.
5) Offer twice the manufacturer's warranty on parts and accessories.
6) Include with every bicycle purchase a free 31 point service after three months. This includes adjusting all gears and brakes, full lubrication, spoke tensioning and frame polish.
7) Any other gear and brake tuning requirements during the bicycle's running-in period will naturally be carried out at no cost.
